LAmicroLUX will be in September 2020.
Have your brand be a part of LAmicroLUX. This is a unique opportunity to meet your customers, the media and potential dealers – all in one room! Chicago is the third largest DMA in the U.S and a top luxury-watch sales market in the U.S. This year, watch sales jumped substantially in the first half of 2019 versus the same period in 2018, according to three indicators, two for wholesale sales and the other for retail sales. The retail data came from the NDP Group, the market research company whose widely respected watch retail tracking service collects point-of-sale data from thousands of stores in the United States. NPD's retail data is proprietary, private and available only to its watch industry clients. It is a widely used barometer of the health of the U.S. watch market. NPD's first-half data is in line with Swiss industry half-year wholesale sales data that indicates a recovery in the U.S.

The first LAmicroLUX show was held April 6-7, 2019.
The exhibit hall featured 24 boutique brands that showcased and sold their watches, and included some models that made their debut at LAmicroLUX. The event was hosted in the Versailles Ballroom at the Olympic Collection conference center, 11301 W. Olympic Blvd in Los Angeles. This high-end conference center was a fitting setting for an event that celebrates craftsmanship, precision and luxury.

LAmicroLUX was created for watch enthusiasts who may enjoy mainstream brands, but also appreciate independent and micro brand watches. A number of impressive independent and micro brands have emerged on the scene lately. Independent and micro brand designers take pride in the craftsmanship and unique features of their watches and offer them with favorable pricing. While some retailers carry independent brands, many others do not, which makes it challenging for watch fans to see micro brand watches in person. LAmicroLUX provided guests with the opportunity to view and purchase watches from boutique brands under one roof. With so many brands on hand, this was an ideal event for seasoned watch enthusiasts, newer fans looking to make their first purchase or anyone who wants to learn more about independent and micro brands.
The exhibit hall was open each day from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. With an “open house” format, guests visited the exhibit hall for as long as desired to meet with brand ambassadors, learn more about independent and micro brand watches and even make purchases. At 5:00 pm each day, watch fans gathered for cocktail hour to compare watches and enjoy the company of other luxury watch enthusiasts.
